The NSW Government is committed to creating a society where people of all ages are valued and independent, and which fully utilises the skills, experience and wisdom that come with maturity.
Some of the ways we support older people include:
- providing support at home with personal care, domestic support, meals and home maintenance
- providing respite
- providing community transport
- providing community nursing and allied health services
- promoting active ageing through Seniors Week and Seniors Card

Registrations: Ticket application forms will be mailed to registered groups in September 2010. A group must have ten (10) or more members and is described as either:

a group of residents from a hostel, nursing home or retirement village; or

an association, cooperative or organisation of seniors
